There is an atmosphere that exists only in Kyoto.
The temples and traditional wooden buildings are, in reality, shades of brown. Yet everywhere I looked, I saw pink.
That was how Kyoto felt to me.
I had visited Kyoto before, but this time I saw it differently. The city had not changed. Something within me had.
With Kyoto Full Moon, I hope to bring that moment into your home. A moment to reconnect with yourself, and notice the beauty that may have always been there.

For Collectors,
Each painting comes with a card featuring an image of the work, with a handwritten note from me sharing the story, inspiration, or a thought behind it.
Written as the painting leaves my studio, it is a small personal connection between the artist and the person who chose to live with it.
