The Breathe With It Guarantee (Japan Only)
For collectors in Japan, I offer a 7-day return option so you can experience the artwork in your own space.
Take your time to live with the piece — notice how it feels in different light, at different moments of your day.
If it doesn't feel right in your space, you may request a return within 7 days of delivery.
To initiate a return, please contact me first.
To be eligible for a return, the artwork must be in its original condition and packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the collector.
Refunds will be issued after the artwork has been safely returned, received, and inspected to ensure it is in its original condition. Once confirmed, the refund will be processed within a few business days.
If the artwork shows signs of damage or use, the refund may not be granted.
International Orders
Due to the complexities of international shipping, all international sales are final and cannot be returned.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your artwork arrives damaged or defective, please contact me within 7 days of delivery at krmtyuu@gmail.com with photos of the issue. I will arrange a resolution, including a full refund for verified cases.

Lost Shipments
All orders are shipped with tracking via EMS. If your shipment is lost, please contact me and I will assist in resolving the situation.
