This painting was inspired by Ti Tree Lake in Suffolk Park, Australia. Among Aboriginal communities, this sacred lake is traditionally known as a women’s sanctuary and a place for healing and purification rituals.
The lake's water appears a deep, mystical brown, tinted naturally by the surrounding tea trees. Under the intense Australian sunlight, the vibrant white and pink native flowers glow with a powerful, contrasting radiance.
